HOW YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED
Slancha is an online gallery showcasing a range of independent designers and makers. Because of this, each item is shipped directly from the brand partner who makes it.
If you order multiple items, they will arrive in separate packages and at different times.
LEAD TIMES
Many of our pieces are handmade to order. Each product listing shows an estimated lead time before dispatch. Please review this carefully prior to purchase.
Once your item is complete, our makers aim to dispatch it within 48 hours.
COURIERS AND TRACKING
All orders are shipped using the maker’s chosen courier. Our makers use a tracked service where possible, so you can follow your delivery.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
While many of our makers use next-day delivery services, we do not currently offer expedited shipping at checkout.

WHERE WE SHIP
At this time, we only ship orders to addresses within the United Kingdom.
